How should the mobile number be formatted?

Mobile numbers should be presented in full international format e.g. 3538xxxxxxx, with no leading zeros.

UK numbers may be presented in the following formats:

07732xxxxxx
447732xxxxxx

All non-UK numbers must include their country code.
